Request an RMA

Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure the product remains in new condition during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our returns department for processing.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 3-5 business days.
